Questions
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final — payments are non-refundable once completed. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime and keep your privileges until the paid period ends. If a minor made a purchase by accident, email support@alsesai.com and our team will review it case by case.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel in one click from your billing portal. Your Pro privileges stay active until the end of the paid period — and your globe hex stays lit for 7 more days while you decide, then it's released to the next member in line.
What happens to my globe hex if I unsubscribe?
It dims for a 7-day grace period — renew within the week and it stays yours. After that it's released, and the next paying member takes a seat. Your Founder number is yours forever, and re-subscribing puts you back in line.
How does institution seat billing work?
$15 per seat per month, 5 seats minimum — yearly billing saves 20%. Add seats anytime and you only pay pro-rata for the remaining days of the cycle; removed seats stop billing from the next cycle.
Who gets on the Founders Globe?
The first 999 active paying members — individuals on Pro, and institutions on a seat plan. Individuals appear as themselves; institutions appear as the institution (one hex each — members are not listed individually). Lapsed subscriptions are released after a 7-day grace period.
Which payment methods are supported?
Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards — all processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How do Gene points work with membership?
Free accounts get 20,000 AI tokens every day. Run out? Spend 10 Gene for another 10,000 instantly. Pro members earn Gene 1.5× faster.
